DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - The head of Dayton Public Schools has accepted a school superintendent's job in Columbia, S.C. Percy Mack has been superintendent in Dayton for six years. During that time, the 16,000-student district improved standardized test scores that were once the worst in the state.
